Monthly handson project:
 - not everyone can make our meetings
 - we should be doing things

Lets get together and do a project each month. This will be a work day.

Keep it third week or make it 1st week. 
Tim: says 1St week is better
Randy: we need actionable steps for each meeting
Gioa: cleanup?
Nathan: that is part of our mission
Randy: what is the scope? Strong Towns has a wide range
Nathan: review mission statement
Gioa: we aren't "building" but rather "transforming" the city
Nathan: we need a fiscally responsible "resilient" city: no more cul-de-sacs
Randy: the city can't afford maintenance of the city how it is currently built
Nathan: we do some Strong Towns things but not others: we don't address housing policy much
Nathan: picking up trash is definitely in scope
Everyone agrees that the first Saturday would be good.
Tim recommends the bike pump for September

Nathan on NTMP for Wadsworth St: received letter from traffic engineering; there is no documented speeding issue, Nathan disagrees; 1900cars drive on Wadsworth every day

Randy suggests "Livable Lynchburg: A Strong Towns Chapter" for branding purposes
