    * intersections at Fort Ave, Langhorne Rd/Campbell Ave, 12th St, Campbell Ave - focus on Fort Ave as there is more bike lane stuff already in that vicinity, come up with something by Mar 4, present to Parks&Rec, to finalize plan at next month meeting

  * recruitment - booth at Get Downtown? get club started at Liberty U or U of Lynchburg? partnership with bike shop, corporate sponsorship? look into Strong Towns levels?
  * padded strip for loud rattle on bus cabinet door?

  * sign at Linkhorne Middle School trail entrance - Fiona will recontact Parks&Rec - two signs: one at the trail saying open sunrise to sunset, another sign at the parking lot to say no parking at school drop off/pick up times
